IsleSage, operated by Songyuan Zhoushao Network Technology Co., Ltd., provides web development, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and cybersecurity services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in separate service agreements.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of IsleSage unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in their service agreement.

Payment terms for services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
IsleSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, you must pay for all services provided up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend access to our services for violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Songyuan City, Jilin Province.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
